What’s carrot cake without cream cheese frosting?
Cream Cheese Frosting
4 oz. (120 g) cream cheese
2 cups (280 g) powdered sugar
¼ cup (50 g) butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup (60 g) chopped pecans
Cream first 4 ingredients until well blended; stir in
pecans.
Glaçage au fromage frais
120 g de fromage frais (Philadelphia)
280 g de sucre glace
50 g de beurre
½ cuillère à café d’extrait de vanille
60 g de noix de pécan concassées
Bien mélanger les 4 premiers ingrédients, puis
incorporer les noix.
