Smoked Salmon Squares

These are about the easiest appetizers you can make and are perfect for holiday gatherings. All you need is some puff pastry, smoked salmon, and an egg. You can also make these with different ingredients like ham and cheese, sausage and mustard, chopped spinach and cream cheese, or any bits of leftovers you need to finish. 

Smoked Salmon Squares
Cut the pastry in rectangles, put a bite of salmon on half the pastry. Brush the edges of the rectangle with egg white, fold over and seal edges. Brush with egg white and bake in 375° F (190°C) oven for 15 minutes.

Feuilletés au saumon fumé
Couper la pâte feuilleté en rectangles, mettez un petit morceau de saumon fumé sur une moitié de la pâte. Badigeonner les bords du rectangle avec du blanc d'œuf, rabattre et fermer les bords. Badigeonner le dessus avec du blanc d'œuf et cuire à 190 ° C pendant 15 minutes.
